Is there any penalty for dying in Nier? It doesn't seem like there is.

He looks like the same boss from the prologue. I was planning to wait until I was closer to level 20 to challenge him again. I'll keep that in mind, though.
Honestly, I wasn't expecting to enjoy the gameplay as much as I am with how everyone complains about it. It's really not bad at all.
