This game was phenomenal. Could've been a 10/10 without the time jannies bullshit, but otherwise a solid 9/10, quality wise is way better than the original.
Can't wait for the next part.

Yes, despite the bullshit with the ending, was a really good game. Minus also the textures, which will hopefully be patched. Besides those two issues this was really fun

What are you guys fucking talking about? Even without the ghost shit this game still fumbles a lot. Padded chapters, linear hallways and dumb character moments.
I like the beginning stuff with Cloud hanging out with Avalanche and Wedge being a bro but once you get into the meat of the plot theres nothing really there to get you invested. Theres no payoff.

I think if they went on to expand Midgar and have these little side quest zones, the quests should have been better designed, rewarded, and have good visual presentation. The slums during the day show how bad the texture work is in some areas, just straight up PS2 and 3 tier shit in plain view. The skyboxes also range from some of the best, to the literal worst png streches.
