In FFX-2 there's this kid named Shinra, he wears a mask, that talks about researching the lifeforce of the planet to convert it to energy. In the remake, there's a photo of the founders of the Shinra company, and the guy in the center of the photo is wearing that same mask. Also, there's pyreflies in FFX
