Is this game playable on PC? The site won't load for me right now.

Till you build it

>everytime they make damage check, they get a 5k boost
This is a new change to the mobile game to compensate for you not being able to guard
>exchange my hand before beginning
This is known as a mulligan, which is a core practice for most card games. For Vanguard, you simply switch out the cards you don't want and hope for something better at the start of the game.
>not every card put on the rear boosts your front row
Boost is only found on grade 0/1 cards, indicated by this symbol. In the same place for Grade 2s is the intercept symbol, and twin drive for grade 3.
>can't I simply attack the vanguard
In the actual game, you can. However, what they changed for the mobile game is you have to gun down interceptors first.
>Is there a way to soul-charge or does it have to be every time I ride
It depends on the clan in question. Some have better soul-charging options than others, but they all happen from a card effect. In a few weeks we'll see such a clan known as Dark Irregulars who have their entire gimmick based around soul charging and how many cards you have in the soul. Pic is a Dark Irregular card, and what a basic soul charge effect looks like.

but what does trigger the mulligan because i only thought is because you didn't get grade 1 but iirc i had grade 1 in my hand
does it have to be 13 of each grade?

The mulligan is optional at the start of every game so you can try and get an ideal hand and in ZERO it does have to be 13 of each grade

It gets simpler after a while

The you don't have mulligan sometimes is probably related to playing the story mode.

ah, makes sense
