Objectively false. The game looks as good as the console counterparts and it's only on the PSP. There's also a lot of combo potential in it being a Budokai styled game if you're autistic enough to do it.

The combo potential in Budokai is incredibly weak as you have to hit enemies in the back or in certain states to get anything resembling an untechable juggle, at which point you can basically combo them to your heart's content. It's an incredibly terrible system that leads to most conversions doing nothing and certain random conversions doing like a bar and a half. The game comes nowhere near Fighter Z in looks, depth, balance, animations, etc. It's competing with games that are an entire order lower.
There's a reason nobody plays the series.

This along with FighterZ, BT3, Shin Budokai 2, and a couple of the RPGs (haven't played them but based on what I've seen I'll say the Famicom one, Legacy of Goku II, Attack of the Saiyans, & Fusions) are the best DBZ games. Infinite World & Extreme Butoden are good runners up.
They all pale in comparison to Advanced Adventure however, the best Dragonball franchise game.

A original and FUN story mode. The story in XV and XV2 sucks so much, it's just some dumb things like your OC present in the story doing nothing. There's like only 2 parts where they tried something cool, with Oozaru Nappa and Ginyu taking Trunks body, everything else was pretty bland.
Just make something original, Goku Black taking over the timeline or some shit.
