Haven't played the remaster, but I did play the psp game. Gameplay is nearly identical because the sequel was released less than two years later. Conception 1 has 12 girls instead of 7, you can't take the girls into the dungeons with you, and you get one more starchild team than you do in 2.

There is no uncensored version, only a less censored version. The touching mechanic was stripped from the game due to Sony, and that is still gone in the Steam version.
