Yes but it's been 11 years and 10+ years is eligible for a remake. Graphics have come a long way since 2009 and RE5 actually has some really cool monster designs that'd be awesome with modern day graphics.

RE4 is a full length game and I doubt they'll waste their time remaking it when the demand is pretty low. They've rereleased it several times and it plays perfectly fine, already pretty similarly to the remakes.
