Here's the real reason. Big companies are run by soulless people in suits who look at people in statistics and numbers who only cares about the bottom line. And the bottom line is that the newly coined term "toxicity" causes people stop playing or avoid a certain title so in order to attract as many customers as possible they establish zero tolerance rules and this way they also gain SJW points which is all a PR front, no company really gives a single fuck about anything other than your money.
