Playing Mass Effect 2. In the first game I romanced Liara. Looking at romancing Miranda in 2, but I want to go back to Liara in 3.
What should I do? Does cheating on Liara in the second game significantly impact the third game. Am I missing out on anything by not remaining faithful?
I think you can get back with Liara in the third game.

Liara > Tali > Liara is literally the most common relationship path statistically keep it in your pants you fucking adulterer
John Allen
Doesn’t really answer my question. If I don’t cheat on her what happens in the third? Do I get her back? I’d rather not cheat at all but I’m trying to get all the trophies.
>In the first game I romanced Liara. That was your first mistake.
Brody Anderson
>What happens if I cheat on Liara in Mass Effect 2? You will get ME3 where all other LIs cutted off in favour of Liara >What should I do? Does cheating on Liara in the second game significantly impact the third game. Am I missing out on anything by not remaining faithful? No

Why do I hate this character and want to forcefully evict tears from her now?
Brayden Jenkins
>t. Mac Walters
Bentley Collins
>Why do I hate this character and want to forcefully evict tears from her now? Because writter pushes her into your mouth without bothering to build actual interesting character and chemistry with protagonist.
Ayden Wood
you can and the DLC from 2 makes it worth it the rest of 3 is certifiably shit

I go Kaidan -> yeoman whatsherface -> Kaidan She feeds my fish. I always end up forgetting about them and killing them. I just pretend it was a harmless dinner date and we didn't bang. I know, I know, most boring character and all that, but I find that grounded boringness paired with extreme L2 biotic powers an interesting combination, and there's comfort in that too.
I romanced her in the first game and played the 2nd without a love interest.
Only thing i got was a sequence of shepard longingly looking at a photo of liara during the final sequence

>where all other LIs cutted off in favour of Liara What did you mean by this?

Do Shadow Broker dlc and get back with the blue waifu.
Colton Robinson
ME2: Liara mentions in Shadowbroker DLC that she knows that you are with someone else. There can be a confrontation about it. ME3: It is possible to get back together, yea. If you don't, Liara has a spicy dialogue with the new LI in one of the missions.
>he didn't get this scene the shining horizon is the game you wished you were playing
Oliver Smith
>Liara has a spicy dialogue with the new LI in one of the missions. Holy fuck, can Walters being more salty...
Oliver Hughes
Based. So if I stay faithful does it effect the story in anyway? Am I missing out on something if I cheat in the second game but get back with her in the third?
I just did a faithful trilogy playthtrough, and it was just fairly sweet romance with a lot of nice moments. Not too bad all in all. These special confrontations only happen if player cheated. Liara talks about "being just friends" in the beginning and middle of ME3, giving player option to bail if they want to.
Oh, and by the way - romancing Kelly in ME2 doesn't count towards "proper" romances with main characters. So I had Kelly sitting on Shepard's lap and dancing in a lewd outfit in ME2, while the game think I'm having a completely kosher relationship with Liara.
I was digging though the audio files for neural network speech synthesis training, and these exchanges are pretty funny. Like Liara passively-aggresively listing every recent software install in Tali's suit straight to her face.

Sucks to have such taste

goddamn I just wanna palm those massive blueberry tiddies she gets by the time of ME3. Girl fills OUT

I love her even more because she makes anons seethe.
