I'd like to note that Nure-Onna core combined with one of the anima stealing grapples is a real nasty combo against human enemies, since it refunds the cost of using nure onna

I'd really like Tessen (mettalic fans), but i don't think they'd fit well in the game. Maybe for mages..
I can tell you i'd kill for some tekko(claws) though. Bonus points if we fight another Hayabusau in the dlc, and he uses the hayabusa claws (falcons talons) which also has claws on the feet. It coul function kind of like tonfa gun. A single weapo, sarutobis gunsticks; has a specail move. Theres no reason we couldnt get falcons talons and have them do a move that use the claw feet.

Comes out a bit faster and less recovery time, so pretty solid, probably still in Great tier. Half her reason for being in there before was due to the Movement Speed and Lifesteal passives being very nice, but now her active is great as well.
Also forgot to mention Shuten Douji's soulcore, he's in Great tier, mostly just due to the passive, his active is still pretty shit even after the buff.

I' put Magatsu Warrior in the Great pile. It has fantastic range and restores anime with consecutive hits so you basically refund most of the cost. The only issue is the relatively low damage

It's a hard counter for any human enemy that isn't a boss. It basically guarantees a paralysis on any human enemy, which in turn guarantees a grapple.
