I tend to get annoyed by such characters. The only time I could stand for example Shinji from NGE was when I was also super depressed myself and kinda related to his massive self hatred, but after getting a better hold over myself Shinji's inability to ever actually act on his own feelings or take control of his own behavior gets really annoying to watch fast.

You can. My friend sold a DOTA 2 cosmetic for the price of an Index and then some, and used the Steam wallet funds to buy an Index. He had to wait a week or something for the funds to be available, though. Some kind of anti-fraud measure.
