Why have you never played a PC Engine game? They play and sound better than most games released today.

FUCK YES PC ENGINE THREAD
Guys help me, please. There's this one piece of music/game BGM for the PC Engine that I've been searching for for years. The title of the track is something like "To Believe is Power" or "Faith is Power" or something like that. Sounds a bit chiptune-sy. It's from a Japanese-exclusive game. Only thing I remember is that it had some cute schoolgirls. Not too sure if it's CD-based or not. I've been googling for that song for ages and I still can't find it. It's bothering me. PLEASE HELP.
Rondo of Blood but that's about it.
>Hurr durr have you played games for a console that was only released in Japan
Just shut the fuck up and give me recommendations to emulate.
The same reason why I never played a Commodore Amiga game.
TurboGrafx?
>He doesn't recognize the Turbo Grafx-16
they're the same yeah but japan got a lot more cooler games.
Please help me with this
;_;
pm'd you the answer
Fuck you emulatefags
Nope. Look deeper, mate
But I have, I even have the Turbografx-16 still. Yeah, I am American so I don't have PC Engine. It just wasn't as good as Genesis or Snes. The game cards are a lot cooler looking though I will give it that.
More like a lot more cooler shmups.
What games should I play?
wonder why they never tried those again.
if you're still here, wasn't expecting my thread to survive more than ten minutes

OH MY GOD YES
Thank you so much, user. I remember hearing this song a very long time ago and didn't remember the name of the game. This is it, my quest of several years has now come to an end.
Is the PC Engine Mini any good?
I like Rondo of Blood and
Game cards? Because it would have been pointless. By the time 4th gen was done CD's were already becoming big and 3D gaming was the next big thing. Game cards had no more place in gaming except for maybe another gen or two of handheld gaming. They could have tried there but who would have done it? Sega only I guess but they died by like 2002.
Wasn't there a portable PC Engine? Sounds ultra comfy.
Who said I haven't?
Yeah but I meant more along the lines of what Nintendo did where their handhelds were seperate from their consoles. Portable PC Engine is still just the same thing as the console. It was also bulky like most old handhelds.

Johnny is based. Only good youtuber desu. Also, pic related. Better than the first game by miles.

No way. I beat both and the first is definitely the better more soulful game. Its just that the last stretch in that castle is too damn long for its own good and should have been cut entirely or replaced by something better.
Did that one mini-console release of PCE even hit the US?
