I paid less for Royal than I did vanilla and the gameplay changes are actually great. Pretty convinced this is a fox and grapes situation from Switchfags considering how hard they were begging for a port for 5 and how convinced they were Royal was being released on it (like when they were convinced P5 was a 3DS game)

I stopped feeling sympathy for the Etrian Odyssey fanbase when they opposed the series getting ports or new games because "it just won't feel right without a touchscreen gimmick" so serves them right.

I personally enjoyed the original trilogy on my DS (never bothered with the 3DS so I missed 4 and the remakes) and would like to see new games or a port of them on PC but if the fanbase as a whole doesn't want such a thing, then let it be.

Are there more scenes with the whole group hanging out, because a big issue in P5 was that it didn't really feel like your group hung out together outside of palaces.

Nemesia easily ruined all the impact of an otherwise great story and answered a lot of questions you didn't even need answers to in some of the worst ways possible
