Is Senran Kagura dead?
I haven't seen anything about the series since the crossover with that Jetski game.
Oh, and I don't count gacha collabs.
Is Senran Kagura dead?
It seems pretty dead. I hope and pray it's not, I would hurt someone to get something SK2 level on a bigger screen. I just want SenranMayCry though. Or some kind of action game where you can Sonic Heroes through some group of characters.
On another note, where's my next mainline Nep?
>and I don't count gacha collabs
If you don't count its own gacha(s) either, then yes, it's dead.
Until the creator decides to bring it back under a different name, yeah.
It was stagnating mega hard even before Sony went full California, i'd just give up now
It's not dead, the series is in development hell.
Even the developer seems to have given up considering they're making a very similar game called Hinomaruko.
Werent the games uncensored on Switch. What happens, series cant survive without Sony sales?
Of course it's can't besides the censored version sold more on the PS4 unironically. But that isn't the problem the problem is dated combat and engine. Also the remake should have been called a remaster if even that.
Onions censorship killed it. The lead said he was going to nerf SK7 but eventually just gave up and left the team.
The Switch games were just two ungodly shitty spinoffs, they didn't even bother to try and put some main games on it. The producer really just seemed to want out and used censorship as an excuse.
>Also the remake should have been called a remaster if even that.
The gameplay was totally different from the original even if it was recycled from the previous game, so by those standards it was still a remake.
Yes, and it was Takaki's fault for pandering to Yumifags and making every new gamer worse than the previous.
>Burst remake bombed in Japan
>2nd Anime was a total dumpster fire, even Japan hated it with all the Yumiwank and retarded plot
>Senran's last games were low effort spin-offs, they didn't even had all the characters from the series
>Takaki left Marvelous after having no idea on how to make SK7 along with Sony's retarded policies making development of the game harder
>Makes shitty racing game that barely sells, and he keeps sucking Sony's cock by making it PS4 exclusive
>Senran is only surviving thanks to gacha whales and collabs
I'll say it's pretty much a dead franchise, Takaki doesn't even know if Marvelous has anything prepared for the series besides the gacha, and he's busy with other projects he wants to do with Cygames.
Daidouji is best girl.
7 was having development problems for a long time, then sony started going censorship happy, then Takaki left. Each game had been selling worse than the last since Shinovi versus so the series was on borrowed time. Too many lewd games tried to copy Shinovi versus' success and that led to lewd game fatigue.
At least Nan still makes senran drawings on Twitter
damn i really want to have sex with these anime girls
>they rereleased shinovi versus under a different name like five times
the audacity
>The producer really just seemed to want out and used censorship as an excuse.
I just wished he could've done that though. It seemed like by the time Takaki left Marvelous, he managed to climb up the corporate latter enough to start a new studio. But yeah he probably was going to get bored eventually, since it seemed like he had a daughter on the way and apparently wanted to make different games too.
Until someone at Marvelous is willing to take Takaki's place, yes.
Might be for the best.
Dead, gone, in hell, never seeing the light of console ever again.
Gacha whales are the only ones who'll ever see the content again
I'd play a Senran stealth game too. I think it'd be cool if it was like Thief or something, but as a titninja.
I really like the girls and art but man the games are so bad.
It'll come back after the olympics.
Great, nothing until 2022 then.
You are supposed to relocate the blood from your brain into your penis when playing these kind of games.
I'm sorry.
>muscular woman
Gay.
The guy behind it left the company but is still in charge of the series and refuses to move toward the switch, despite Sony fucking the game with censorship.
People realized that you could buy a 700 yen doujin and get the same enjoyment as you would if you boughy a 6000 yen game
how much is that in real money?
