You can just micro your tanks until you save enough to steamroll one of the bases before de mcv arrives, probably the vehicle one since your tanks will stomp anything nod shits out at that point and you dont wanna deal with stealth tanks later.

Alternatively the infantry base will give you access to another tiberium field and remove Black Hands from the equation later, you can abuse garrisoning and grenadiers for this.
