I own both and can definitely say that BoTW is better. Bloodborne is a 7/10 game at best and becomes quite mediocre to play after beating it once.

I wouldn't know because I haven't played it, BOTW and AC are the only games on Switch that interest me, it'll probably be a few years before I try them.

Animal crossing is fucking amazing on the Switch. I honestly had my doubts about getting it because it seemed like an overhyped kids game. But it gets better and better the more you unlock stuff over time. It's very addicting.
Don't get a Switch Lite though, you'll regret not being able to dock your switch. Plus the new revision of the normal switch has a significantly longer battery life. Everyone I've met who has a Switch Lite has regretted not being able to get a normal one. Because of the docking feature. Craning your neck down at a small screen can be fatiguing and bad for your posture.
I recommend both games though, they're pretty amazing. If you're not feeling Zelda I would recommend Super Mario Odyssey. It's considered one of the best 3d mario games out there.
