FF7 has never been remade. It’s just been ported to other systems, with the only upgrades being making the game work on modern screen resolutions and implementing a character booster. An example of an actual remake would be Final Fantasy 4 on the DS.
If it weren't for the kingdom hearts shit this would honestly be a 10/10 game for me
-1 for combat and -1 for only being midgar which isn't explorable or even remotely open at all and way too corridor-y.
So 8/10 without the story rating.
With story rating included it goes down to 4/10.
