This feels a lot like a well made entertaining movie than a video game. How the fuck it scored perfect 10's all across?

It takes like 4 hours to get to those sections, user. That's almost halfway through the game. It is COMPLETELY on rails until that point.

I got most of the games for free, but the series just never really interested me. I've already had enough ledge hopping wall climbing puzzles from playing Legacy of Kain, and never really cared for cover based shootouts.

if they wanted to keep the 'movie game' philosophy this shit should have been 5 hours long at most, and cut a lot of the walking/climbing/bad puzzle parts I have never found myself so bored with a game, just fucking begging for it to throw me into the next shooting section already
at least the shooting itself was quite nice and I enjoyed the MP, I wish hey had focused on arcade modes

does that really matter? They could have expanded the tlou universum much more. Tell stories about people when the outbreak happened. Tell stories about people living in a small commune trying to survive or someshit. More infos about the Fireflies, how they got built etc. Instead of that we get a shitty game about a girl that was hot in uncharted 2 and became a dyke.

UC3 ended just fine. He's settling down with the blonde chick. We don't need to see him chubby and ageing and making pasta with his wife while he's wishing he was in UC1-3.

I like the gunplay

I loved Uncharted 1-3 so much, but this game was honestly too much of a movie for me. Too many chapters of nothing but walking and talking. It's unfortunate because U4 has the best technical gameplay of all Uncharted games but they put in too much cinematics and wasted it. I don't care if it's unrealistic and over the top, I want these games to have almost nonstop action like Uncharted 2.

The game is still an 8.5/10 though and looks beautiful.

UC4 has the more modern cutscene style of walking while talking. One might argue that its better than just cutscenes because you can still explore the enviroments but unlike cutscenes these can't be skipped even if they usually don't last long.
