I'm Colombian and I would totally play a GTA using as setting Bogotá and MedellĂn during the 80's at the peak of the cartels' power.

70s/80s brazil? ew. why? Nobody wants to play in a boring old flat land of slums and forests. I want it set in a huge dense megacity with tall buildings, Liberty city or Hong Kong, something like that. That's what GTA is made for.
