What kind of performance can I expect from this game with a 7700k and 1080 Ti? I need to finally experience these gorgeous graphics on my PC. I am perfectly ok with targeting 30 fps and using a controller if that means I get to go HAM with the settings.

I have R5 3600x and 1080Ti playing at 1440p, I have most (but not all) settings maxed and MSAA/FXAA and getting 30-50 FPS on any given place. On St. Denis I get the lowest FPS, which is ~28-low 30's. Most other places it hovers around 40. The latest couple nvidia drivers hugely boosted performance.

They only downgraded the LOD and ground textures from what I can tell, though the pop-in is pretty laughable. Still looks great at night and indoors.
Don't know about the hackers though, been playing it a lot recently and haven't run into any, they just had a ban wave of like 1500 people.
Railroad flares, they're so bright in dark places that you can use them to completely block someone's vision in this game
