Yeah can you fags get anymore pathetic? There was no time travel, the plot will remain the same, Jenova cells taking the form of Sephiroth was a thing in the original and the Zack twist is GOOD. The only bad parts were some of the music and changing the Trail of Blood segment, but even then the Drum was fire in its own right. The game and it's boss segments and the story additions both comedic and serious were GOOD. Accept that and stop raiding random streamers trying to abuse them about liking the game you dirty little worm.

Midgar is just for funding on the second part, which I doubt would be any where as good. Instead of lengthening segments like in midgar they would have to compress or make part3. Its insane.

Dataminer here, they cut the entire original ending and added this time ghost shit. There’s models for a collapsed Midgar highway and President Shinra impaled on the sword. Original ending was way more faithful and likely involved a short fight with Sephoroth where he collapses the freeway enabling you to escape Midgar.
Basically they added this shit within a few months and it’s the reason the game got delayed. Thanks Nomura

A bar was set in the 90's, this shit doesn't limbo. I would have been fine with a few of the changes and maybe the possibility of saving characters. However it feels tacked on, instead of using the lore already existing like the life stream bullshit, they tack on space ghosts coast to coast. This screams money grab period. Space ghosts are for the great compressening for part 2. If you have played the original, I would hold of on buying it. Either rent it or have a buddy loan it to you.
