Where do you call home?
Bannerlord
Any place without winter snow or sand.
Muh grain and olives.
The inevitable Third Age mod.
Anywhere that sells horses
the Battanian Highlands, the beds of Khuzait ladies, and the long road between them
I actually love the seasonal changes on the campaign map, its so gradual you don't even notice it happening until holy shit all of battania is now a giant frozen icetop
Amitatys. I set out to restore the western empire but empress retard went and blobbed hard until the patches. After losing all my honor raiding her villages one a one man crusade and executing as many imperials as I can, the entire imperial noble class hate me. So i joined the sturgians, began kicking their ass, and just got my first castle right next to Amitatys. I wont stop until I see my home burnt to the ground and Rhageas fucking head on a spike. Fvck Roma
The beautiful deserts of Aserai.
Northern Empire
imagine
The steppes around Akkalat.
The city of Zeonica
Which one's the faction that is more likely to sell two hand axes?
are the perks for holding more throwing weapons broken or am I doing something wrong, maybe I need to unequip and then reequip my javelins
soon it will all be my home but zeonica is my favorite because i fought non stop battles for it.
Conf thread
wait, nigga hol up
How'd you form a kingdom?
I own 3 cities and don't know how the fuck to form my own kingdom
you have to become the bannerlord
>talk to 10 lords
>find the pieces
>side with guy who wants to burn it all down
I play as a merc, right now I've been part of campaigns for Battania and the Southern Empire. I was considering signing up for a third campaign with the kuhzait but decided against it to try something more fun, currently the northern empire has exactly 36 battle ready troops to it's name and not a single fief to hold(partially due to my time as a merc in Battania) and Lucon and his crew just seem to hang around Diathma waiting for something to happen.
basically my plan is this:
>build army
>take some castles and cities for lucon so he can get the north empire back on it's feet
>get him to beat the smaller clans out of north empire territory to make them start feuding over small amounts of land they have left
>get Battania to start taking on the massive vlandian kingdom while goading the north empire into fighting the huge khuzaits
>sneak in and take some fiefs in all the chaos so I can make a splinter empire faction
oh I have to do the main quest to form my own kingdom?
That's fucking gay lmao
you can side with either guy to form a kingdom, if you just want to form a new empire you should go to the lady but if you want to destroy the empire go to the guy.
>pick battania
>caladog starts wars with literally every faction at the same time and gets dogpiled
fuck that stupid faggot.
All of the ammo perks are currently broken.
FUCK CALADOG
AND FUCK BATTANIANS
Caladog cares not for common sense
Talk about xtreme early access
I was really excited when I got both the mounted and foot throwing weapon perks
Also does your brother just not spawn after the tutorial? I am at chaikland where he supposedly is but I can't find him, do I need to finish the talk to nobels about the battle quest first?
Yeah sucks, but chances are they will release a pure sandbox mode at some point so there's no need to do the main quest
There are already mods both fixing the start and the need to play main quest to form kingdom.
>played almost 30 hours
>not one skill over 100
Caladog has a fuck the entire world mentality and things will either go very well or very south very fast
That's already confirmed but campaign will be more fleshed out and maybe worth doing once it gets proper story and quests. Probably not until mods make it good, like everything else.

Comfy.
Best use for companions?
I got 6 of them:
>Medic, pretty obvious job
>Two scouts, running caravans
>Guy with tactics (???)
>Two women that have only fighting skills
Right now I'm considering having the tactics guy form a warband, fire the two fighters and get an engineer, not sure what to do with the free slot.
Should I keep a fighter, or have her form another warband?
The mod "just let me play" lets you play a sandbox mode. And for some reason makes the game run even better..
I haven't played for a week to let the game fix the more major bugs, can crossbows be reliably bought/found yet or do you have still get lucky and win in a tourney or find a arms caravan?
No, the family part of the quest just ends there.
Any mod that just gives me x points on character creation so I can't skip the stupid questions?
Medics suck, their skill is always low and you don't get medical skills if you set them as medics. Scouting is probably good.
first playthrough, between Myzea and Chaikand there are some comfy excluded castles. Perfect to raise my newborns away from the politics and downfall of the united Empire under Garios
I think companions were stronger in Warband. Jeremus was a tier on his own and fighters were absolute killing machines with high end gears.
Now I just use them as retards that run caravans or do stupid quests.
mfw hunted down and executed every single stinky member of Caladog's bloodline to rid calradia of battanian filth
Yeah, I use them as caravan slaves or to sit in my castles for a while until I max them out then caravan slaves again. I don't really need the money so maybe I can just fight some fighters now, I use money just to recruit people to my empire now, no other money sinks.
Can you replace the caravan leader without disbanding it?
I have a low tier scout running one.
Amitatys, center of the known world and capital of the new Empire of Calradia.
Has anyone rebelled against a faction controlling the whole map and won? Moonchug is getting mighty big on my playthrough so I'm wondering if I should rebel now rather than later?
I don't think so.
hourse niggers had about 80% of the map b4 i started my empire.
couldn't make any ground for the longest time so i had to start executing all their lords.
after completely wiping out a few clans i was able to make some progress
Not sure if there is actual rebellion in the game yet.
Just convinced a guy with 300 guys to join me after he sieged my town, and he did it for free after a critical success saying he is honor bond to me.
Happened a lot in the oldendays
How do you actually marry some bitch?
She accepted but nothing happens.
Do potential companions span over time? Because there's no fucking engineer in my campaign and I'm mad.
as her daddy for permission
Yeah they cycle over time
Just be the engineer bro
I'm a low INT retard.
Bad habit from Warband.
Also how in the fuck I have a companion form a warband?
'ate soc
'ate int
8 vig
3 ctr
5 end
simple as
L > Parties > Create New Party
I wish more games had unrealistically tall forests. Bonus points for unrealistically tall forests with cities built on trees.
The leveling curve is so fucked up.
Is it worth holding castles yet or are they still perma-starving?
