Arts absolutely needs an Arts "Merlin" at this point, Tamamo isn't shit anymore. The only damage they deal requires specific NP2+ 5 stars and is still slower at generating NP than Quick, the "crit" damage type.

FGOs "meta" revolves around a handful or servants, Tamamo/Merlin don't become bad when Skadi comes out its just that there are simpler/faster farming setups if you and a friend have a 10/10/10 Skadi and you have a maxed out Lancelot on top of that. If not then other strategies are perfectly fine. The game isn't pvp so all you're competing against is your own ego
