Yeah, it's a good thing that nukes don't have any sort of long term effects that can happen over a much wider area than just where they detonated. No sort of degradation that can be carried by wind currents or anything like that.

Seeing as how the FO world seems to have few herbivores and barely any smaller plant-eating insects around, the plants should be even more widespread than before.
