Not completely. You can sorta use it to get an idea but there have been banners out of order where they skipped a few events ahead. There's also been a few banners that aren't on DMM at all. (Misaki/Ayane Sandwich, Helena Illusion, Momiji/Leifang/Misaki Dark Prison)

Steam very loosely follows the DMM order. They do prioritize holidays and whatnot over the DMM order. Some banners we thought we would have can and have been changed for entirely new banners like the Dark Prison banner for Momiji, Misaki and Leifang.
Steam will also likely never get any crossover banners.

You should get some reshade, man. It will improve your screenshots quite a lot. Sharpening, better colors, no green tint, nice DOF etc. It would require your personal tweaking ofc but it's all fairly easy. I'd recommend it to everyone who loves to takes screenshots in VV.
