Not only that but there are aoe windows, it's not like every class has constant upkeep on aoe. It's just shitty to make it less impactful when for most abilities it thematically wouldn't make sense. Especially if say a class like paladin gets reverted back to the state it was in back in bfa launch, a nuisance to bring in m+ outside of a few dungeons where the utility still wasn't enough to warrant bringing them.

Ion and blizzard make a lot of mistakes and do a lot of retarded shit, but i'm glad that some deep issues have finally been addressed even though the average retard that plays the game can't comprehend it.
Putting cooldowns back on the GCD was a good decision and was better for the health of the game. Limiting and putting a cap on some AoE is also a good decision that is better for the health of the game. Many simpletons will not understand the science and reasoning behind it but it doesn't matter, it's better for the game.
Dungeons and raids having a smaller loot table is also a great decision.

It's another DOA expansion, people will play it for a month, realize it's once again shit with timegated bullshit and grinds that accomplish nothing and will drop it like BFA.
I was expecting them to fix some issues with BFA and make a good expansion but they are just so far up their own ass they don't care anymore. Raid scene will be even more dead than it is now and Shadowlands will become even more of a wasteland than BFA is right now.
