Finally another patrician
These games had a lot of nice locations.
I need to play this again (2 and 3 don't exist)
I replay 2 and 3 only
That planet is from 2 dumbass.
The planet where you find the orb is the best looking planet in the series.
>(((Bekenstein)))
actual faggot
oh shit oops
t.Mr Gunn
The reason why I want Star Citizen to see daylight is look at pretty views like the ones we saw in ME. In a way they already have a few atmospheric views but none of them come close to ME.
>2 and 3 don't exist
based
best game coming through
.>bindromeda
>good
Can anyone beat him in a fair fight?
>ywn sit in Port Hanshan and enjoy a cup of hot cocoa with Lorik Qui'in while there's a blizzard outside
Why live?
Well baited my fellow memester!
Yeah, in the garbage. Do you smell That? PRRRRRRRRRT ahhhhhh that's the stench of a shitty game series.
Idk if I'd call this one "comfy" but it's definitely something.
a small balcony with a city view at one of the clubs can't remember which game
>blocks your path
The music is so good

Wasn't Noveria the ultimate soulless corporate wageslave den?
Nothing comfy about that.
Is this before or after riding him ragged in a hotel room?
Illium is the second best planet after Bekenstein but also waifu material
How did they get the FE14 meme into my Massive Kek
Played 1 and 2 couple years back, have to say I enjoyed 1st one more even though when replaying those games before 3rd came out, 2 was my favorite at that time.
Also exploring planets with beautiful skyboxes with Mako was 11/10
>Omega. What a pisshole. At least it keeps you on your toes.
Yeah, but even soulless corporate dens are comfy when it's cold outside.
I effectively don't remember a single place in this game other than the major hubs, everything blends into a giant ball of forgettable personalitiless sci-fi.
1 was more magical, 2 is more fun to replay after a few runs through the series though because 1 is so clunky.
Gentlemen, I present to you: The comfiest view in the galaxy
I have an urge to replay the series now...

A GREAT WIND
>Bekenstein's system right in the same cluster as the Citadel
>somehow the Asari and Salarians passed upon the opportunity to colonize despite their home planet/system/cluster being one Mass Relay jump away from the planet until the Humans came around
Bit mind boggling to establish in the lore that garden worlds are super fucking rare and then have species pass on it when there's nothing keeping them from settling and living there
You *could* make the argument that they just hadn't surveyed that particular star in the cluster and that humans got lucky, but yeah basically that's just a dumb writing decision. Still a pretty planet though.
>space switcherland has a jewish name
Is that the same planet with the toxic spores that can't be filtered from the air? Huge deal breaker right there, view or no view.
Not gonna lie I enjoyed these games quite a bit.
I do, too, from time to time, but then I remember the awful dialogue, hideous character models and animations and the shitty morality system.
If you play them now or in reverse it's okay. Prices are low enough to excuse the shortcomings and you can get the whole package in one swoop.
But if I'd been there for the 7 year journey I'd be literally seething to this day.
Same with Dragon Age.
Imagine that husky voice...
I'm still fucking mad.
I actually torrented them so I could at least relive 1's story/atmosphere and 2's superior gameplay.
But just thinking about playing 3 again ruins the very idea of starting on 1 and 2.
>I'm still fucking mad.
Understandably so. Yet still, Σοyware apologists would rather deepthroat malaria infested cocks than ever admit LE EBIN ROMANCE CHILDHOOD EBIN WRITING COMPANY can do wrong. It's all those filthy corporates' fault.
Never question.
Consume product.
>awful dialogue, hideous character models
Those were fine...
>shitty morality system.
Just you console and or save editor to max out paragon and renegade points and pick what you want.
I never got the hate for 3.
I played a renegade run through all of the games and it was satisfying being a dick to everyone and giving as many of them a bad end as I could in 3.
This is porn, yes?
I've been a Bioware fan since 1998. When I saw what they were doing with DA2, I turned around and never looked back. I still care and it still pains me, but until I legit see a 180 from Bioware, I'm not touching anything they make, with a 10 foot pole. Which is also what a lot of people and old fans did. Which is why they are stuck to 2010 levels of sales, in an industry that has grown 3 times over since and got out of a financial crisis.
Now Bioware is at the bottom of EA's studio foodchain, getting no support at all from other in-house studios, severely understaffed, effectively shut down due to Corona-chan, Anthem 2.0 postponed indefinitely, until production resumes, DA4 moved to 2024 and ME:A2 in 2027. If they live that long.
>I never got the hate for 3
How can you not "get" it? They took a franchise with endless possibilities, built on choice & an amazing universe, destroyed that universe and funneled you into a red/green/blue cutscene where your friends get stranded and some kid talks to his creepy grandpa in the middle of nowhere. They did all of this while gutting the core RPG elements, letting quality drop off in every regard except for the combat mechanics, and lying about it all the whole time.
Sure it's more fun to "replay" 3 than 1 if you're already over it, but 3 was an absolute fucking travesty that any true fan of the series should despise.
Yes. You are surprised how porn production values are still better than ME:A?
ME3 is the best game in the series, if you dislike what ME is really about.
What series should I start first?
Dragon Age
Mass Effect
Cold Steel
Why would I dislike what ME is *really* about? It was about exploring fantastic universe with endless possibilities, and it later became about copying popular shooters and making money off the love the original IP had engendered. If you're trying to make the argument that it was funny to watch everyone die because Bioware went to shit, that's a pretty weak argument.
This DLC was so comfy, wish you could have kept the apartment for yourself
>ME:A2 in 2027
Christ, half the old school fanbase will have died by then.
Very much so.
>Why would I dislike what ME is *really* about?
Because you hate the fanbase and want to destroy it.
Maybe that is what they are counting on, new blood, new consumers who don't know previous fuckups.
I dislike the general tone shift from 1 to 2-3 (but that's not a 3 only thing, it was already evident in 2), but if you get over that 3 is actually great. Only truly bad part is the ending and not because of the traffic light choice but because it's simply retarded.
Except i'm part of that fanbase. Do you want the airplane you're riding to vacation on to crash just because the majority of the other passengers are pieces of shit? Besides, those retarded parts of the fanbase are getting everything they ever wanted from Andromeda, pathetic SJW pandering wrapped around a barely functional game, it's perfect for them.
they just need to remake ME1
It's not just that though, it's all of the other ways in which the series declined. The only thing that got better were the graphics and shooting mechanics, everything else suffered. The ending is not the only bad part, it is just the worst part.
I think people were just too caught up in the setting to want it to end so no end would be satisfactory. If you sit around and speculate for years of course you'd in your head figure out a better ending for everything.
I had the benefit of playing 1&2 right before 3 came out so it just got streamlined easily.
The game was always basically a VN.
