The closest thing that springs to mind is strategy games that almost always have the option to play as Nazis, i.e. Hearts of Iron, Panzer Corps, and every WWII RTS ever. A lot of multiplayer games do it as well. The plot tends to be pretty non-existent in those games though, basically red vs blue
