Out of the new characters which one has the best moveset for you?

Is that confirmed? It just says 'character pack 1' in that link, not how many characters will actually be in it. I haven't been keeping up with news other than the leaked characters.

Retard. She's a Big Mom commander and Oda has specifically stated that she's really strong and he wished he could've shown her off more during WCI. After taking down Cracker and Katakuri he had to save her to use her later. She should've been in the base game instead of all the Germa clones. Germa clones should've just been Ichiji with the others dropping in as assists during combos and/or special skills. Kind of how Buggy has pirates drop in to help him out.

The Germas turned out fun no idea why you're so salty

3 goes up to dressrosa, 4 skips around a lot so go with 3. But the story is shit in these games anyway and does a terrible job of retelling the story so I don't know why you'd even bother

We only saw her suck off her crew to make herself bigger while chasing the straw Hats. She just fired giant ranged sword attacks. It's only one move but that's already more than Shanks and he's in the game. You could multiply the number of Shanks attacks we've seen by 500 and Smoothie would still have more attacks shown.

PW3 covers from the start of the series until Punk Hazard, with an OC Dressrosa story as well.
PW4 covers less arcs, but each arc has multiple stages instead. It has an OC Wano story.

Supposedly Judge and Cracker are in the DLC leak, but take that with a grain of salt.

Would make sense with the focus on newer characters

Shanks has shown one attack, sort of, which is using Conqueror's to knock the shitty members of Whitebeard's crew down.

With Smoothie being confirmed, I would say Judge and Cracker are also a lock too since they were the other two characters in the datamine that were specifically listed as DLC.

Kid is kind of slow and I don't think his overall moveset is that great but I liked playing as him because he can form giant metal hulk hands and he sounds so fucking angry during every attack. Seriously, even when he's an NPC if he's nearby you can hear him yelling over everything else.

Shanks' movesets have been interesting across many OP games. Like they need to acknowledge that Mihawk is the better sword fighter therefore they never make Shanks to be a full on sword fighter which I agree. Like in Grand Adventure Shanks had punch and kick attacks which I think would have been more appropriate to be in the PW games.

Big Mom is great, and Bege and Carrot are pretty fun. I haven't tried any of the others yet though.

He probably hopefully will be if the franchise doesn't die with this one.

What fucking waste. Smoothie did fucking nothing through all of WCI. Most boring Sweet Commander and one of the worst of the Big Mom’s kids. Would have rather had Cracker, Oven or Daifuku.

You can only imagine my disappointment when unplayable Diamante shows up only to have a couple of swinging sword attacks. Sure, the character is an asshole but his moveset potential is so great. Even snot dude could've been a fun character to play.

I really like Carrot more than I expected to. Bege was my biggest want and I’m still trying to learn how the fuck to use him effectively. Technique characters really need those skills that boost full burst to be really effective

I wish there was some kind of a tutorial that better explained each technique character's gimmicks. I have no idea how to use characters like Usopp or Bege properly.

How's the PC port?

Hey I'm happy even with the roster cut and some of my most wanteds not making it. The rework of all the characters and gameplay did wonders for this game and honestly was a better priority. Just felt like whining a bit.

I actually really like how they work. Probably the ones I've played the most.

I mean I do too ichiji is mad fun and reiju is pretty different from him but the other 2 just play the same as ichiji and aren't necessary

The cuts suck because I would have loved to have played as Eneru or Moria with the new controls, but maybe they’ll show up in the DLC or in PW5.

I just feel like PW3 had more content or something. Even if it didn’t it felt like it did. Fees like I’m blowing through PW4 probably because it’s so much easier to get coins

PW3 does have more content but the content is way worse, maps are uninspired and shitty and a ton of characters feel bad to play as. Plus PW3 has DLC added already while PW4 doesn't

PW4 is a base game, when DLC gets added which is like 8 or something characters it'll obviously have more content. PW3 is a game that already has DLC which means there's more content then at launch.
