I'm still mad I only got Luna in the second part of the DMM collab event. I'll maybe get 1 or 2 more single pulls before the Event ends and be completely broke for the next one. On Steam I pulled Leifang and Helena with minimal supplies, then later I spent a bunch more Trendy Tickets and got Tamaki. I don't have enough XL unlock stones to fully awaken a single one yet, but I should be able to get one there after a few more matches.

I don't get how the ranks work in this game. I got to A from the main festivals but I did an event festival and it bumped me to SS-. Finishing the main festival promotions don't change anything. A few days later I keep farming the events and now I'm SS but my license points are still the same.

After you clear the Main Fes stuff your SS/SSS ranks are determined by how hard you grind compared to everyone else for the current week until the reset. There are some bonuses for each rank.

2 are optimal for the most efficient grinding (which is extra easy with 3.3%), anything else depends on your liking of the suits or your desire to get it for your favorite girl. These dresses in particular are generally more desirable because they're literally a once a year thing, and the banners are also fantastic for new players to unlock new girls.
