Saw on here that some reddit pages offer villagers when they move out. Thinking I could get Audie for my island I foolishly ventured in to see if someone was offering her.
>20 million bells + 25 Nook Miles Tickets minimum
Are you fucking kidding me? Where are people getting these figures? Sure I could time travel and get that amount, but for what? Just for someone way more autistic than me to out bid me? Fuck that. I should have listened, you were right about reddit guys. I'll never go back. I just want Audie FUCK
Fuck bros, never again

cantcha just buy blank nfc tags and use tagmo
Audie doesn't have an amiibo
duping broke the economy, also you shouldn't bother with redditors in general
She's a villager introduced in New Horizons and doesn't have amiibo data.
Hopefully you'll learn from your mistake OP
oof thats rough
i hope you find the sunglass wolf you want OP
I've been rolling villagers on Nook Mile Islands constantly, living ticket to ticket, and finding villagers like pic related. Feels bad man
The new popular non Amiibo villagers basically are worth actual gold now. Check ebay, people who have them moving out have bid auctions that are pushing 100 - 150$ with days left to go. The reason Animal Crossing has become unusually autistic and jewish is because it's now gotten a MMO tier fanbase and atmosphere which means tickets and ingame items are now sold for cash, which are then used to then get villagers or items within the game that are rare creating a "meta economy" of "300k TIP and 4 TICKETS TO ENTER TOWN, YOU TRADE IN BELLS, TICKETS, GOLD OR RARE FURNITURE/CROWNS?" "YOU NO DROP I KICK YOU KK"
As soon as there's a cash value mixed with show off meta your game dynamics change now, it lets nerds live an online life that emulates real world success and opulence for an arguable fraction(still ridiculous for what it is) of the cost. Same reason Gatcha, Lootbox or Cash Shop games take off so strongly.
...
Just TT bro. I found her after about 2 hours of grinding. why do poeple have such hang up on TT?
>meanwhile user bros just give shit/craft shit for free
reddit is for kikes, trannies, and faggots
I just happened to get lucky, she was one of the three I first built houses for
>Nintendo doesn’t include micro transactions
>tard fanbase does it for them
meanwhile I’m just here slowly crafting my town not giving a fuck if anybody else sees it
Plague should stop fucking around and do porn already.
personally I don’t like it because the game doesn’t have that much substance and the enjoyment stems from FINALLY getting the item, villager, layout you’ve been working for. Sure you CAN skip days and days and days to finally get your shit don’t buy then what? Making the town IS the game and if you skip to the end....that’s it
>Wanted one of the polka dot rabbits, Chrissy or Francine
>Went through 60,000 miles
>Didn't find a single rabbit villager at all
>Ran into 4 repeats
>Just ended up letting the game pick
>Got Wart Jr.
I'm about to go for it again later tonight. No, I don't want to buy more amiibo cards or tags.
The crafting market is much, much different from the Villager market.
After what I've seen I'm inclined to believe you. But no one here is willing to give Audie to me, right? haha There is literally no way to ask without looking like a massive faggot
Check this shit out.
I mean, it's actually impressive, but holy fuck.
Duping saved us from your meme economy for a while, everyone was happily sharing shit, now it's retards trying to scam each other for billions of bells and rare items.
People who time travel don't actually want to PLAY video games, they just want their next endorphin fix NOW.
Ok I am an AC noob, just got the campsite. What should I do for TT grinding?
Also how do I kick off villagers?
I have her in my town and she tried moving out yesterday. Almost let her
Honestly, I hate Reddit, and if I had her right now I would probably give her to ya just to spite them, but already have all the villagers I want.
This is some primo retard shit. God I hate normies.
how do you give away villagers? i was gonna replace audie with this one amiibo i got anyway so tell me and ill give it to you OP
inventory editing is inevitable, then any currency redditors try to create is null. was hilarious seeing people selling shinies on eBay when pokemon swsh released while pkhex was compatible within days
>if I had her right now I would probably give her to ya just to spite them
be careful with this, redditors and metaeconomy fucks lurk these threads like hell and will snipe those codes or reply just to flip shit
I understand you want to be nice to anons but try to keep that shit down locked to friend or social group level.
I've never played animal crossing before.
Is it super hard to get cute villagers or something?
haha that's crazy, us redditors don't lurk these threads.
They sometimes walk around thinking, which means they want to leave. Talk to them and say that you wish them the best, get the fuck out, etc. Supposedly reporting them a few days in a row to Isabelle will cause them to want to leave but I have yet to see solid proof that its true. When the campsite gets a visitor while your island is full you can keep talking them to get them to move in and they will check to see if someone wants to move out and they will ask you if you'd think a random villager wants to move out. Not sure if the campsite forcing someone out is random or if its someone with low enough friendship or whatever.
Not, but if you want a specific one it can get really hard if it's one of the few you can't get with amiibos.
It's completely random which villagers you get and when. There are ways to roll for them but if you're playing without time travelling, it can be quite grindy
Ha ha, yeah. Right, fellow old faggot?
There are almost 400 villagers and while a lot are cute people just want their favorites.
lurk more newfag xD
I'm fairly certain changing your clock and restarting the game hundreds of times could be pretty grindy too
This. It’s the same with cheating in any solo game really.
no, it's just entirely random
there are methods to invite specific villagers to your island if they have an amiibo card, but there are some new villagers in NH that don't have cards.
there's only one other method, which is going to someone else's island who
1. has the villager you want
2. that villager is in the process of moving out
XD XD XD
34from1800
Your welcome
If she had an amiibo card I'd just do the nfc tag thing and get her that way.
Who is the rarest villagers?
If you can dupe and TT why do people care about selling villagers?
What are they going to do with the money?
Each one has about a 1 in 400 or so chance of appearing
Probably the ones added in NH since they don't have amiibo cards.
It's not about the money. It's about the rush of getting some kid to give it to you
>better chance to roll an SSR in a gacha
remind why this is allowed
>tfw got superior wolf for free just by going to a nook island
Wart Jr is a bro
Because literally none of them have a higher chance of appearing. Which makes the % chance 1 over (total number of villagers)
>user completely misses the point of the game
I wonder if some villagers are more common than others? You'd think that maybe the newer villagers would be a little more likely than returning ones, just so they can be seen. Can this be data-mined?
send ingame economy traders back to their containment game
TFW my starting villagers were
Kiki
Tangy
Jeremiah
Gruff
Canberra
4 outta 5 is pretty fucking solid in my book.
Does tarantula island still spawn tarantulas during the day? Or should I wait for night to try and get to it?
yet yesterday I got Soleil twice in the same hour, jesus christ
Kiki
Tangy
Jeremiah
Not Gruff, Teddy
Canberra
4 outta 5 is pretty fucking solid in my book.
gee billy, two books?
Not him, but yes, a proper spider island spawns them 24/7.
THANK YOU
Wait so there's an ac slave trade now
Glad I'm not the only one dismayed with the autism. Before it was exciting for the game to randomly pick new villagers to put into your town, that's how I learned about them and often they would grow on me. Now everyone wants the perfect town with the exact 10 villagers they want in it. And I can't really argue against them because there are so many design choices that encourage trying to create the perfect village that I feel like that's how the game is supposed to be played now.
there always was
Normies are all in quarantine and have nothing better to do, so they are blowing all their money on crap
Worse part is bros that I already have max villagers. I just have to hope that one wants to move out soon so I can start rolling for her again. Why would they have random villagers move into empty plots without player approval?
Because they want you to unzip a hundred on their scam cards.
friendly remember:
water will be poluted with eggs during the first fishing contest
Why are you gay
why are animal crossing man children such autists?
is that why i cant get into this boring game
I realized that as well. I'm not going to even bother participating with the ridiculous egg spawn rates. I hit a rock yesterday and 6 of the 8 potential drops were FUCKING EGGS
time to grind bait user
>he's even done Cleo
Oh fug
>How to kill a game in one week
Everything you can do is replaced by eggs and you can't do a single cool thing with them
I got Audie in my town easily.
Don't even like her, just got her to scam coomers when she moves out.
I heard you are able to invite someone through the campsite, but they will kick out a random villager
however, you are able to reset that decision by quickly resetting your game
at least I think that's how it works, i haven't been able to test this yet
