I purchased the ps4 pro and the xbox one X once i got rid of my reg ps4. I have to say that at first glance the more powerful system XB1X was stunning. The gsmes were gorgeous compared to ps4 pro. But then something happened. The exclusives just wouldnt stop for the ps4. This is the same thing that will happen with SeX. More doesnt mean better.
If you play just multiplats then just wait and see how well they perform on each console, then buy the one that plays them better. Simple as that.

xbox series x is way better for multiplats going off the specs. PS exclusives didn't impress me this gen so I feel that getting a PS4 pro along side my Xbox one x wasnt worth it. I plan to sell them both for a series x

The only time Sony didn't outsell Xbox by a MINIMUM of 2x was 7th gen, where PS3 still managed to outsell the 360 but not by much.
Unless you think PS5 is going to release 1 year after the Xsex, cost $200 more and have no games for the first couple of years (which ironically MS already admited the Xsex won't) then PS5 won't be a PS3-level fuckup and will outsell Xsex 2 to 3x
