The event page did say 4/1~4/8 user. Always check that to make sure if the score resets or not.
Right now it says, 4/8~4/21, so you know that the score won't reset next week.

I was in your situation on DMM a while ago. 65k stones and idk how many tickets - only 1 SSR for my least fav girl on 3.3%. I almost stopped playing then, wanted to uninstall.
Later I pulled a 2nd of one of my fav girls with a ticket.
Take it easy, it's a fucking "game", RNG. You still have your level, episodes, girls you unlocked, you still have various mods and shit. There are always people much luckier then you, who roll 4 SSRs in 1 pull. Don't try to compete with the others. You will get lucky too.

From the info in the game, the next week should keep the event score (because it says until 4/21) while the matches will be a new set (because it says 6 days left right now on the matches themselves)

Grind at least until 5M event score every week. Log in daily. Don't roll bait banners. It is easy.
