Been playing mass effect Andromeda as I have been watching star trek for the first time and I wanted some space exploration /comfy/ness.
I also yearn for the simpler times of mass effect 1 and Andromeda is filling that hole at the moment also it is new I had played the previous games except Andromeda.

I did this once, they're all great games but can feel a bit too similar to one another to keep your focus. Long-term fans of the games are probably also fans of external touhou material in general for this reason I feel.
DOJ isn't a bad clear to be honest, good job. People will tell you that Ketsui is like the hardest game ever but only stages 4 and 5 will take a lot of work. I actually spent a 12 hour session doing nothing but playing stage 4 of ketsui over, and over, and over again until I managed to beat it no-miss no-bomb, and it sort of killed my interest for a while. I might come back to it soon though, it's a great game.

I played some Halo Reach with some friends, my one friend gifted me the game (and a decent amount of others, when I finally get a job I'll have to make it up to him) might play some Yakuza 0 soon

I'm getting pretty good at K+M on halo at first it was really hard to aim and get headshots and whatnot, the more I play the more natural it feels.
I'm not too far in Yakuza 0 so far so I can't really say much on that front, I'm enjoying it so far pretty thoroughly

A really small contingent of Yas Forums actually played that game, don't listen to all the people shitposting about it. It's kind of sad how major releases like that have a "trial of fire" to do where it's really hard to discuss them on release, but GoW had it extra bad being a PS4 exclusive and taking the direction it did. Haven't played it myself, but I heard the combat is almost like God Hand which certainly piques my curiosity.
If you made it to extra in LoLK that's very impressive, even with STG experience that game's no joke. I always work from home, so quarantine hasn't changed anything for me except that my girlfriend is working from home full-time too. Tonight I went out for a walk around the neighborhood, it's a nice breezy night and that felt good. Earlier today I went out and got a copy of God Eater 3 for the Switch from Best Buy (curbside, they have it on sale for $30 right now). I made a character earlier but I'm going to remake it because I wasn't happy with what I chose as a code name.

I've been playing a lot of Animal Crossing. I'm looking forward to the FF7 Remake this weekend, despite the bullshit. I should probably play some more FFXIV on PC now that the new patch is out. Currently hanging out on my couch autism nest drinking Monster Ultra and eating a Little Debbie Peanut Butter Cream Pie and watching some guy on YouTube play Angband. It's pretty fucking comfy.

Anyone have any recommendations for roguelikes (or roguelites) on the Switch? Preferably stuff that is open world and open ended, like CDDA.

Hell yeah, I listen to music from Cave games in a daily basis (dfk bl, deathsmiles and dodonpachi&espgaluga perfect mix are my favorite albums) . The Kauffman arrange in Ketsuipachi was also really hardcore, too bad the first stage ends before the coolest part of the theme
