I want an MMO magical girl game, kinda like city of heroes but actually good and magical girl focused.
Alternatively, I want a cute RPG that goes through the same beats as a magical anime. Usually fighting MOTW villains and eventually facing off against the boss, you could even add in some dark souls esque summons to help you with the battles. (the game wouldn't be like dark souls, just the co-op function)
I'd like the combat to be focused on purification and fighting for good rather than the madoka edgy tier bullshit.
I want saturday morning cartoon schlock.

the initial serializations of nanoha weren't too far off, so i do hesitate a bit more. 1st season was just a slightly more action based mahou shoujo anime. its really the movies and once StrikerS (maybe As too) hit that it became action shit. but it still at least tried to build off the genre and is built more on friendship than killing giant mobs of enemies.
So i give nanoha a bit more of a pass, but i'd not put in the genre.
The one saving grace about madoka at least, is that its not mahoiku.
