I think so, yeah. I'm nostalgic for the Gamecube controller, and I still have a soft spot for the Dreamcast due to my gigantic hands, but the 360 covered all the bases, and this is a great successor to it.
I do want to hear what people think about the Elites, though. They can't be worth the price, surely.
Nah, the Keyboard and Mouse/Flight Stick are.
Followed by Arcade Sticks.
Followed by that.
asymmetrical sticks fucking suck
>doesn't charge batteries when plugged in
Not quite.
>tfw femdom chad
also this is a controller thread, kbm autist
>haven an 360 elite controller for more than 8 years
>that shit runs smooth af but it aged and starts to look worn
>buy an "pro" xbox one S controller
>B button already doesn't have the click noise and feels like it's slower to press
>this not even 1 year later
Yea nah, they don't make them like they used to.
I'm not a consolefag but I do have one for PC gaming, it's served me well
>AA batteries
Pretty cringe ngl gonna lie
I feel you mane, for me Dualshock 3 was perfect.
Playing classic MGS without pressure sensitive face buttons is horrible.
modernized saturn pads when?
Yes, this is a controller thread, not a gamepad thread, i know it's an easy mistake to make for an ESL.
nobody calls them gamepads anymore boomer, and kbm are not a singular controlling unit.
>nobody calls them gamepads
Everyone does, an even more popular term is gaypads zoomzoom.
Yes.
For PC gaming? Pretty much. I even like the D-Pad.
Retro-Bit is the offiicial SEGA manufacturer for modern Saturn pads. Quality is good.
Yes. Basically:
>Ps1-3 controllers
built for midgets
>ps4 controller
Can't hold a charge worth a shit
>Xbox controller
Lol who even owned this
>360 controller
THAT SHITTY FUCKING DPAD
>n64
Third hand not included
>GameCube
What the fuck are those yellow shits
>wii-wii u
Lmao
>switch
YO CHECK OUT MY NARLY DRIFT BRO
360 controller
i still have one of these for pc and the dpad drives me crazy
you are like a baby
watch this
it's a joypad
nah sucked, bought it sadly,I give it to the family kiddies when they use my PC.
I use a DS4, the switch one is ok but has a terrible flaw on the DPad if I rememer correctly,I dont use it.
I'm looking to buy a controller for Ace Combat 7. Is there any controller you can recommend? I'm not a fan of the xbox battery meme
>not calling them 'paddles'
philistines
im still using a ps3 controller, it sucks.
it's too small and mushy. the dpad, triggers, etc. makes my hands cramp when playing bayonetta.
ill wait and see what the ps5 controller is like. i tried one and it felt OK... dpad kinda sucked, or mine was broken.
Bad d-pad
Nope, this is.
Thrustmaster flight stick T16000M
the 360 controller would be perfect if not for the d-pad
i genuinely think the 360 controller holds the title for absolute worst d-pad ever. even some of the shitty mad katz controllers have better d-pads. how did they fuck it up so badly but get everything else perfect?
No.
>too small
You guys need to lose some fucking weight if you have trouble holding a DS2/3
Is it true that One controllers are uncomfortable as fuck for people who play with their indexes on the bumpers and the middle fingers on the triggers?
Because fuck that noise.
Its small but not extemely small.
I hate asymmetrical controllers.
they just don't feel right.
It is uncomfortable if you do that, correct.
The Elite, yes.
I just wish the D-pad didn't click so loudly.
Makes playing any 2D games annoying.
>futa everywhere
What is wrong with Euros?
For pc, definitely. DS4 requires additional software and has super shit battery life. I'm not a fan of the analogs not being on the same level but its whatever
Idk man I bought one and while the controller feels solid, I just dont like how the buttons feel and the assimetrical layout
they're too based
I love the 360 controller but I admit the Xbone has a better D-Pad.
>DS4 requires additional software
Like Steam?
there's this spec sheet an user made a few days ago
docs.google.com
if you're not going to use a hotas, you can look at this
Works fine with dualshock and 360 pad. I need full access to all shoulder buttons at all time for DMC.
The batteries die too fast. So no.
No, this is.
>futa
>based
Okay tranny fetishist
we won
just get a longer wire nigger
It disconnects too easily and I want to play wireless.
The Xbone controller is designed so that, using only your index fingers, your knuckles will hit the bumpers while your fingertips will use the triggers.
I never found using four fingers comfortable at all so I like this layout, but it's useless for you.
as expected from California
God normies have shit taste.
I've never used it (I still use a wired Xbox 360 controller on PC), but I've heard it's pretty good
I love the Switch Pro controller. I'd imagine it's pretty similar in quality to the XB1 Controller; however, I personally prefer Nintendo's placement of the ABXY buttons. Whenever I emulate games on my PC and play with my 360 controller, I swap the binds for A+B and X+Y
Unironically the steam controller is a pleb filter, and when you get used to it it's the best
Not even the best controller made by Microsoft.
>Chikan
Fucking malta
what's the difference between netorare and cheating?
While you do have to pay extra since they don't come with the controllers, these 3rd party rechargeables are amazing and it comes in a two set.
6 face buttons should be the standard desu
For official products but the true worst "dpad" is that one Snes controller where its like a touchpad.
