People have been labbing super high damage combos under perfect, highly specific conditions in countless fighting games for decades. It doesn't mean you'll frequently, if ever, get those conditions in a real match, or that the character is automatically good solely because they can do 1 very high damage combo.
This must be your first fighter if you think "ZOMG 70% damage this character is the strongest one in the whole gaem such big number wowsers!".
