i still run my ps2 slim with infinity mod and burn the discs i want to play. am I a boomer faggot? is there a better option? I use the ps2 for ps1 and ps2 games. i dont like the emulation of ps3 (and my cfw is way to loud, dont want to fix right now). thanks

PPSSPP is a better emulator of the PSP than PCSX2 is of the PS2, so if a game had a PSP port play it on PPSSPP.

There are exceptions but if I'm giving advice to a guy that seems pretty normie PPSSPP is such a high class emulator it will probably give you a better experience.
