I don't fly any flag but my own

>get 20 troops
>get 50 renown
>get 2000 money
>get a companion
>don't hear back from brother
So am I just not saving my siblings anymore or something?

My game keeps crashing on startup, any advice?

fpbp. Based.

Way to be a generic fag, OP

Stop using a toaster and update your OS and drivers.

Do the other quest. Tip: if you see a party with a blue exclamation mark, talk to them, just so you don't need to look for them later.

>Caldarians
>can't even name the continent
fuck off, CalRADIA belongs to the norf
no not the "northern" empire, the REAL norf

so does your surgery skill work when you don't have the surgeon title?

Sounds based until you realize its near impossible to make a solo kingdom, and even if you do enjoy the game breaking backstab.

ye

>that flag
Do I smell PAGAN SYMBOLS?

Pretty pathetic desu considering
A. The real north is Nords
B. Stus get killed by Nords and
C. Nords are confirmed to be added later on

You're a pretender and your leader is a bitch.

disable forced sharpening in the control panel

>not using the advanced flag generator to write SPQR on it
Still classy, but could've been better.

What's the best native expansion mod to marry and impregnate Ymira in?

I play Khuzait Khanate, close enough

Does Bannerlord have a Ymira? Looks like all the companions start off pretty competent. I guess you could have a kid and raise them in combat maybe?

>there's no free companions anymore
>they all cost quite a lot especially for early game
>then you have to double or triple that investment just to get them halfway decent gear
why are all these supposed great fighters only coming with a tunic and a sword?
has anyone ever found someone with i don't know, some bracers and a shield, maybe a spear or bow?

No, the companions are all boring and randomly generated, which is why I'm taking a break and going back to Warband for a bit. Also, I rescued about 40 high level troops early on and now the game is super fucking easy and I'm losing motivation to keep playing Bannerlord since enemies can't even bother to field more than 3 cavalry units at a time.

>need to topple down the empire to save my sister from some slavers
Something doesn't seem right.

because like many other aspects of the game companions are still wip

>then you have to double or triple that investment just to get them halfway decent gear
just like warband.

Though in warband I just got the gear off of Sea Raiders for the companions. The Bannerlord Sea Raiders don't seem as generous and you can't as easily get an army of knights to smash them.

>Ye old boots of faggotry
>Ye old boots of slightly less faggotry

/Vladian/ vassal here, how do I help us take over when the Empire is steamrolling everyone around? I've got loadsamoney, 82 men limit, but they're raiding us with 1000-men armies.

Pray

Is it true that crossbows used to cost 40k gold in medieval times?

At least you can get a bunch of horse archers and rape everything in sight.

No, that's an obvious bug.

Buy khuzait horse archers
Desintegrate imperial armies
Take lords captive
Never release them

>just like warband.
you can't triple free.
the ones who came with a high price tag usually had gear reflecting it, I don't remember too many of them really having blank slots at all though, unless it was the ones with peasant/just escaped storylines.
they also sometimes came with more than just a sword as a weapon so i felt less of a sudden need to immediately buy them things.
i'm not talking optimal gear, just anything above a commoners tunic, town boots and an iron short sword. the cheapest pieces of clothing and a shield, bow or arrows to fill the empty slots are all usually 200-800 each for extremely entry level shit.
i suppose if nothing else it prevents you from hiring a companion, stealing his gear and then booting him, since they're randomly generated and always in supply. it just felt weird when i noticed they were all kitted with the same extremely bare essentials despite all the grandiose backstories.

norf FC will fook'n clobber all u fannies we da best buncha lads evn yer mam wants sum

Not yet. All the companions atm are the randomized ones, there are handcrafted ones in the files, but they aren't enabled yet, probably due to not being ready.

harem mod when? I can't choose mang I want all these uggo medieval chicks

>Be Battanian
>Things are going okay
>I'm having trouble fighting the Empire though
>Suddenly a stroke of luck
>See an Imperial Lord escape from a group of 5 looters in front of me
>Capture him
>Execute him
>Get his gear
>Start BALLIN' OUTTA CONTROL for some reason
>Tag along with /ourguy/ Caladog
>Capture two more lords
>Execute them as well
>Another Battanian Lord is retreating
>Notice he has and empire lord prisoner
>Trade him a horse and 3 cows for them
>He agrees
>I execute the Imperial immediately

Yes, it was. Now cope

autoresolving gets you 4x more troop xp.
farming 20 looter stacks and resolving gets you 20 upgrades from tier 1 recruits

Worst empire isn't in the game, my dude

Yes, only auto do looters do, any other group of raiders will kill troops even if you have great units.
But looters will never ever kill anyone, must be bugged.

Looters are basically same level as peasants, but for some reason give much more xp on autoresolve.

should I improve tactics/ leadership ?
Will that affect anything?

southern empire are the true byzantines

this. I'm leaning towards Southern Empire, but which one is best?

If I start a caravan, should I send a companion with high trade or a fighter to protect it better?

nope bugged

Pretty disappointed that Empire Legionnaires don't come with javelins, they already have pilum in the game so I don't know why not. Also sad there's no lorica segmentata, they have plate gauntlets and shoulder guards so I wouldn't have thought having a segmented plate chest piece would have been out of the question.

I guess they just really wanted to only use Byzantine things and not Roman but it's their own world, not a historical one, they didn't have to do that.

caravans r bugged right now

lords always manage to escape even if you put them in a dungeon

Leadership works, you need to own faction first.

>to only use Byzantine things and not Roman but it's their own world
Byzantines are still Romans

So should you hold lords or execute them? In warband you held them to stop them from spawning armies, even if they escaped sometimes it didn't matter, they were off the field for a long time. I'm wondering if executed lord just get replaced by another family member or something. Would be a bother to find out I should have just kept them.

You still should get the point he's trying to make. The Eastern Roman Empire in 1086 obviously isn't like the Roman Empire in the fifth century anymore

Yes, also owning a caravan increases your own trade skill passively.

You can exterminate factions completely by executing every sing lord.
