How to replicate pic related:
>get smithing to 400+ and unlock all parts (by cheating if you are not insane)
>two handed polearm
>long glaive head
>tier 2 nailed thing for +1 damage
>mahogany long shaft (not the extra long version)
>pommel doesn't matter
>adjust all lenghts for max damage, all to lowest I think
>savescum to get the highest damage legendary reroll (yes you have to reload each time)

How it works:
The smithing calculations in this game are all kinds of fucked, for some reason the Long glaive head deals retardedly low damage unless the shaft has "two handed" only, with no option for one handed or couched lance.
There is only one such shaft.

If a weapon can be used with either one or two hands it will display the one handed damage stat. Weilding it with two hands will of course increase your damage.

How the fuck do you play Warband? I downloaded it after trying Bannerlord since folks said it was more "complete" but the quests are awful and it seems even more difficult to chase down bandits. Can you swear fealty in this? What pays?

Fuck I didnt realise it at the time but 1.05 changed siege pathing and it's been the source of issues i've been having.
My troops rolled a siege tower all the way up to the (battanian) fort wall and then just sort of fucked off without climbing up it.
Every update seems to break as many things as it fixes
