How mad is Yas Forums gonna be when this blows up?
Pretty mad 'cause I liked CS1.6 back in the day and I'd like to give it a go, but only gay ass streamers and streamer cucks are getting codes.
i'm gonna be mad tomorrow when all the streamers i use for background noise while coding are gonna be playing it and i'm not able to because i refuse to sign up for twitch
I can't see it blowing up.
The artstyle is the blandest thing in the universe
Gameplay doesn't look exciting whatsoever
The only incentive for streamers to play it (and considering it's 2020 this is the only way to popularize an online game) will be Riot bucks handed out for streaming it, and when those run out it'll wither into obscurity after 5 seconds of fame, just like Apex Legends
It's a direct clone of CS:GO that manages to look worse and add gimmicks that existing pros will just whine about.
I don't think it'll die overnight, it'll probably do about as well as Apex. But it's a completely manufactured hype, and if the viewers don't hang around, which they won't, because it's not Fortnite, the game is going to be left with no major streamer support and plummet in the ratings, which will just lead to early cries of "dead game".
Riot kids only play LoL, they won't play this garbage like Blizzard fanboys played OW.
Not at all. This has happened for years now. Dumped down version of another game comes out and becomes popular.
I'm used to it and expect nothing else.
I just hope that it brings enough new blood into the fps genre that a % of that trickles down to other shooters.
>But it's a completely manufactured hype,
nobody was paid, all the hype from CS pros that played it is real
Coming from the people that made league, why does it look so HORRENDOUS?
Sure, I totally believe your fantasy version of modern day marketing.
why do people keep saying it looks bad? it's not hyper realistic and gritty but it's got a nice style imo, obviously meant to be played on whatever PC you have.
