This guy is severely underrated
This guy is severely underrated
i didn't know you could use "severely underrated" as "the second worst prosecutor in the series", very interesting use of language
Who's the worst?
>let it go
>move on
>x1000
There that's Nahyuta summed up. He's not even a good prosecutor. Terrible follow up to Simon
Lemme guess, you don’t like based Gavin either?
Who's your first? Nahyuta was pretty terrible but I'm trying to remember who can be possibly worse than him. They at least serve a purpose early on. Nahyuta doesn't get shit explained until end game.
he gets old in the same case he's introduced in. Gimmicky as fuck and doesn't have nearly the same charisma Blackquill had.
Also he's just another "tragic past" prosecutor "just doing bad things to save muh imouto" rehash with a shitty ending that makes him look like a fucking retard.
I’m only on the 2nd case but I like him so far
The lowest he'd be is third worst, Klavier and Franziska are at the bottom.
>yfw the game was set in India
>This guy is severely underrated
Agreed, this guy is underrated because he deserves way more hate than he already gets.
>told that his gimmick is that he can see the karmic threads of a trial
>he never does anything of the sort
So what was the point of mentioning the karmic threads?
They should have used his trivia-obsessed facet more. He's at his best like that.
Him reciting Soba rakugos was his high point
We had Godot, Gavin and Blackquill back-to-back. Nahyuta was too weak.
This entire game was total shit. Kind of disappointing after Dual Destinies was one of the best in the franchise.
only brainlets hate Gavin and completely missed the point of his character.
>after Dual Destinies was one of the best in the franchise.
lol dude literally the DLC case was the only good case that shitshow had.
I’m not even halfway through this game and I can already tell it’s much better than DD. Pic related is pretty dumb though, wish they made these multiple choice parts a little harder in this game
I liked the 1st, 3rd and final case a lot myself.
1st case had a fantastic premise but it was so fucking retarded. Biggest wasted potential.
DULL Destinies is probably the least impressive AA game. It was highly anticipated to be this massive comeback, with a jump from 2D to 3D, and it ended up being the most boring game in the franchise.
Even the dumpster fire known as Apollo Justice was entertaining in it's own way. 5 just played everything too damn safe.
>"Mr. Write, your opening statement."
>"Statement."
Just release a mid-timeskip Investigations 3 and put Phoenix in Smash, then the series can be over. I don't care that Trucy being Apollo's half-sibling, it's all trite anyways.
>DD
Klavier
>fictional Nepal
>India
World-class 'murican education
The only good parts of Dual Destinies were Simon, the DLC case, and pic R-E-L-A-T-E-D
I agree. The bombing was also kind of neat, at least at first
it's been almost 4 fucking years since AA6, what is Capcom doing with AA7?
Oh and I forgot punished Apollo but I'm a sucker for Apollo
I liked punished Apollo.
But yeah, SoJ was fantastic. I started playing it and I was glued to my screen from like 6:00pm to 4:00am, never felt like a chore.
Means was entertaining and the murder method was cool but everything else in that case was horrible. Conner's scream in that anime scene was the cringiest shit I've seen in AA.
So why did Ema like him over Klavier?
WE BE PIRATES SAILING ON THE SEVEN SEAS
>dual destinies
>best
Yeah, instead we got "Let it go, and move on." over and over again.
I miss Blackquill...
I could not disagree more. Athena was a great protagonist, and her having that role is the opposite of playing it safe.
B-A-S-E-D
favorite one off characters and least favorite?
kek
How good were you at AA online?
Punished Apollo was cool, for once.
Pic related was pretty cool
Least favorite is tough, maybe the old pigeon dude from 3-3
You got my favorite there Uendo close second
Least favorite is Ellen and her hour long animations
Is he wrong?
I played detective Emmy and witness Vera in the pre-/vg/ early /vg/ era.
I literally left my PC on all day long to hoard Vera.
He's not wrong, but there was no reason for him to have an autistic fit about it, even if the Judge was a tad presumptuous.
Something something as free as we can be
>favorites
ron, kudo, vera
>least
that tanuki looking guy from dd
>tanuki dude
Fuck yes. Hated that guy
>be me
>found out about Ace Attorney last year
>played all of the games except DGS2 and vs. Layton
>found out about Attorney Online
>watch a few videos on youtube
>many keks
>downloaded client
>it's all ERP
It has been dead for many years, my dude. You had to be here for the Yas Forums threads and early /vg/ threads about 4 years ago.
I know about the Turnabout Goodbyes one, anything else?
Weebquill
Classic Greg
I remember when the first threads came up and willingly choosing not to join because I had fallen behind on the series and wanted to catch up. I totally missed out
I was so good that I shot down a really good theory that i burned off my fingerprints without thinking.
My hotwife.
