I'd say Fallout 3. I was a gigantic fan of Fallout 1 and 2. The first time I played through them, I did it with my dad because I was young and didn't fully know how to play the game. We had a lot of great memories going through the games together. I played them on my own years later, and I was excited for 3. I got 3 at release and I hated it. I hated it so much that I had to force myself to finish it just because I loved 1 and 2 so much. I hated Fallout 3 so much that I swore I would never buy another Bethesda product as long as I lived and I have kept to that promise to this day.
There are surely worse games out there, but nothing has made me feel as much pure hate at Fallout 3.

It's like a dish that's just to spicy to eat, it feels like torture putting yourself through it when it doesn't taste good paste the first couple bites.
