I have observed a similar phenomenon several times in the past, yet when I look in the archives I can never find the posts I already witnessed. Entire conversations occur exactly as I remember them having already occurred but there is never any evidence to be found of the assumed previous thread.
My only guess is that either some people save their own posts in word docs to repost endlessly and I'm unable to find the recalled instance for some reason, or the average Yas Forums post has become so lazy and predictable that you can subconsciously invent an entire scenario with near perfect accuracy hence giving a sense of deja vu.
