Ending C was originally supposed to have Franklin be killed for not choosing A or B, and then you'd play the last chapter of the game as Lamar, much like RDR/2's finale chapters.
Then Lamar's voice actor went to prison and they changed the story to downplay his presence instead of hiring someone that could stay out of trouble.

When I saw his image I first thought there was going to be some tension between Trevor and Franklin. With Trevor even being racist or using slurs against Franklin and Franklin disliking the old redneck but alas Rockstar didn't go this way.

I mean do we have solid proof? All that shows is that there are generic voice files in the game. And on top of that, Lamar becoming playable does not mean someone else was going to die for him to do it.

That explains why he wasn't around as much, but it also doesn't mean he was going to be Franklin's replacement or even a player character. For all we know, Lamar was going to be a heister to hire.

It's about the gamble. Literally the point is that you don't know but they are both your homies enough that you take the chance. Franklin's story talks about how he's turned his back on his friends and this ending is him choosing to look out for them. That being said GTA V's story is shit.

I liked Catalina in Sandreas and even went back to play 3 because she was one of the villains, really wouldn't mind someone like her. Even though Yas Forums would probably seeth over it.

Yeah I kinda liked Blaine County Trevor. Too bad the missions there were short and very minimal in the grand scheme of things.

I prefer Elizabeta from 4. She starts to lose it towards the end, but she's much calmer and calculated as Catalina and every bit as ruthless.

Alternatively, Asuka was my favorite boss in GTAIII.

I don't know, but I would be all down with characters that have the ability to switch from one gender to the other mid-game. Imagine how much that would throw everybody for a loop.
