I townloaded Doom Eternal from 1337, and I installed it but I tried to enter any username and password in the bethesta start menu for account and it froze there and after that I'm only getting this error in oic related.

your ram is alright, your vram is too low
you can't upgrade your vram, its integrated into your gpu. 4gb was standard for the last decade
If you can somehow tweak the settings to use lower poly models and or lower res textures before that crash happens, you'll be okay

Dude, since you're tech-illiterate I'll explain it to you:
- having options set to low or medium or high doesn't affect it any way. Game tries to allocate fixed amount of RAM for it's needs on startup.
- this error means you don't have enough VRAM. If your card has 4 gb VRAM, game requires 4 gb of VRAM and any other process (OS, etc.) will allocate 200 mb then it'll fail

In that video he has 8GB of RAM and 2GB of Vram. You only have 6GB total. You will need a new PC or an external GPU.
