No, you have to report them to isabella and neglect them/make them mad at you to get them to move out. Easy ways to make them mad/depressed is to push them around of awhile or keep hitting them with the net at a distance.

you can literally move one out when you choose to let her in, this isn't exclusive to amiibo-invited campers
she'll list off the villagers you have and you can say yes to whatever one you want out and they'll leave the next day
