Literally a patch every single day since release

>Literally a patch every single day since release

How much longer until the fags who constantly complain about the game being a broken mess have nothing left to say?

>crashed 6 times today
3 years is my guess

I haven't looked into this game yet, but Ive been lurking some of these threads and I loved the first game (for a bit when I played). Seems like the shitposters are people who have their expectations set higher than what is appropriate for an early access game, and they disregard the fact that patches and fixes rolling out to address the flaws is kinda the point of an early access phase.

fixed my save on e1.0.2 and don't have any problem since then

most of them didn't even play the game. You can tell because they are still posting about bugs that got fixed 2 patches ago as if they just happened to them.

I get called a shitposter for saying that I wish the game was better in various ways such as voice acting and presentation. You guys suck.

Youre probably right, or maybe they pirated a version that was multiple patches ago. At least I admit I haven't played the game nor have I read patch notes, but I've been observing the way people talk about this game in threads.

>I get called a shitposter for saying that I wish the game was better in various ways such as voice acting and presentation. You guys suck.
Well if you were shitposting then it makes you a shitposter. Might wanna examine the way you share your opinions so that it doesn't come off as a shitpost to other people

>voice acting
gross
Your character calling out orders and the troops saying the same lines is already bad enough.

The game is literally perfect on my end now that siege performance has been improved and the inevitable corruption is fixed. Even quests that were apparently bugged didnt affect me.
What sort of shit does it crash on?

>they are still posting about bugs that got fixed 2 patches ago as if they just happened to them.
just pirates with release versions, it's always like this for every early access game

I'm more upset they actually released it with so many bugs, but I've already put 25 hours into it so I'll wait a bit longer before playing again so people can add a few population mods to make the cities look more occupied.

mostly after a big battle, when switching equipment in the loot menu
dont remember the rest

>voice acting
I remember you. I guess it would be unfair to call you a shitposter but you definitely are retarded.

where can i download the latest update ?

>voice acting
lol

The campaign obviously was barely tested.
The battles and sieges were bug free, but the main campaign had a bug that was literally impossible to not encounter. Hmmmmm.

thanks

I got called a paypig fanboy for pointing out how retarded it is to pirate an EA game then complain about bugs not being fixed.

Can we expect another patch today?

how's the content so far though
is it at least as engaging as wb?

Make sure you send a crash report so the devs can fix it.

i enjoy battles alot more just because of how good everything looks

The campaign testing is being done by us. I was a bit disappointed when I first played it but the rate of the patching has been fantastic.

The game is a work in progress still. They just needed dumb niggas to play test it.

Poorfags gonna cope what can you do.

Yeah I would say so, the core gameplay of fight, level up and upgrade is there

My main beef is no exp from tournaments. The rest is good. The leveling system could use some changes and the clan system, so that you essentially run a mini kingdom and can get into actual wars with factions instead of entire kingdoms, is cool but takes some getting used to.

>The campaign testing is being done by us
>For free
>We do it for free

The second part of the main quest has voice acting, surprisingly. At least the woman who wants you to destroy the empire does.

The sour grapes posting has been intense on this one.

What are some good strats? I have some archers, melee and cav, I mostly use follow me and charge. Shield wall seems useless against archers, not sure what commands to give to my own archers.

Walking into taverns is just creepy how lifeless it is. Without any audio I can only think of how bad the writing is and how cheap the developers were.

It's A LOT harder than Warband, enemy archers are all snipers who will pierce your armor, even stone throwers. They almost never miss. Map variety is much better and gives you more options, swamp areas that slow down horses, bridges on the maps etc. It has maybe 5 samey shitty quests, hitboxes are way harder and sieges way better.

My main issues are the leveling system which already got better since the patches. The notifications need to be be like warband, I lost a bunch of respect from my king and I never got a relation decreased notification. My only other complaint is helping other lords in a battle doesn’t improve relations at all.

>claimed to have fixed the memory leak
>didn't at all and it continues to be a serious issue
>meanwhile the game is missing at least 70% of the content that was promised or already in Warband

At least another 8 years at this rate I'd guess.

About six months

Any way to get more arrows? I'm on my horse, why can't I store arrows on it? I have only 27 arrows, I can store more in real life in my 5$ quiver.

How do I edit item armor rate?
I want to edit this dress so it have the same armor ratings as the highest one I have right now

Carry more quivers but you gotta give up a weapon slot. Some of the higher tier quivers hold more.

There is editing tool on nexusmods and on steam guides I think.

go two handed for your melee so you can carry 2 quivers

>voice acting
Please end yourself

Allright thanks.

Carry multiple, or get any of the horse skills that increase the size

Do I have to start a new game every patch? All my saves are endlessly loading.

is it better to level smithing by crafting items with difficulty above your level, or to craft weapons that are at or below your level? or is any difficulty identical in xp gain?

Mods can solve this problem, no?

Yas Forums, let's pool our vocaroos and I'll throw your voices into taverns and cities

90% of games have it, what is the issue? The devs even said it would get it.

>Hasnt crashed once since playing it on day 1
I think your computer might be shit

>voice acting and presentation
You're in the wrong game
I rather them spend budget for more areas, factions, etc, why waste money for some shitty voice acting everyone gonna skip

>Seems like the shitposters are people who have their expectations set higher than what is appropriate for an early access game
To be honest, the first week of the release of the game was pretty bad, even for an EA game. The campaign was not tested at all, not even cooked, and the result was - aside from the insane amount of bugs and crashes - some fundmanetal problems that basically made mid and late game completely broken. Plus the patches had a habit of breaking more things than they fixed on a regular basis.
1.05 seems to have been a break-out patch though, finally making things mostly work, and most importantly, getting the god-damn snowball somewhat under control.

It's still an issue. Eventually one of the kingdoms will start to bloat, and smaller kingdoms still fall a bit too easily, but there is no longer a 300 day cap on what you can do.

Seriously, the snowballing issue should have not been in the release of the game, not even in EA. Rest is somewhat understandable, but that one isn't.

With that said, the devs are working their asses off now, and the game is getting very close to where I would say it should be for an EA title: with a lot of features missing, a lot of polish lacking, but no fundamental issues that would make it unplayable.

And I will admit this: there is a really, really strong foundation here. The improvements made to the combat, but also to how the sandbox works at core level are massive. There is so much that can be expanded on here, it feels like the potential for it is nearly limitless. And if the modding tools are eventually solid once released, it could be the ultimate time sink of a game. The potential really, really is nearly infinite.

its not

i've only ever had 1 crash in the 40 hours i've been playing, i was busting down the front door of a castle with some other guys and then on my 4th strike CTD.
that being said though im really enjoying bannerlords, i just want feasts back... oh, and to gain relation from fighting with other nobles

Is investing into higher end infantry good?
Its obviously necessary for hideout raids, but aside from that archers and particularly cavalry seem to do more output then them.

That, and the lack of higher end plate means that forest bandits can shred higher tier infantry in a few shots.

>Shield wall seems useless against archers
Shieldwall is good if you use it offensively instead of just tanking it. I've had some success vs aserai archers using Empire infantry where we slowly advanced at them then showering them with javelins once we get close.
It's also surprisingly good vs lance cavalry.

>its an tournament
>you have a sword and no shield
>he has a crossbow
>quit to main menu

Hint: If you retreat from a battle your health stays the same, yet your horse is auto-healed and you get full quivers.
You can use horse archers and solo stacks of like 40-60 looters with this strat, assuming you stay out of range of rocks.

If there's no framework for that, no? That would be a based mod though, "Yas Forumsoice acting".

Literally none of the things you mentioned cost significant amounts of cash. They just made a fortune they have money to blow and you're probably jumping in joy at small bug fixes in an EA game. You guys are seriously fucked.

Generally, only get infantry that have shields if you have a problem with archers.

You should not have to, but if your files are corrupted, you might want to. Also, while the snowballing has been reduced with the last patch, it's not solved yet, because global diplomacy is basically not implemented. And while nobles are now much more efficient with their resources, and single defeat won't knock them out of the war for good, kingdom that has already started to bloat will still have unfair advantage and the snowball will start to roll pretty fast, so you might want to start a new game for that reason alone.

>you essentially run a mini kingdom and can get into actual wars with factions instead of entire kingdoms
i was wondering why the fuck random members of kingdoms were red when i wasnt at war with all of them. do they kind of wage war randomly, or do you have to piss them off?
