Indie development was intended to avoid the traditional publishing process with big companies to not get screwed over. Not to release something with zero quality control zero standards and having to gall to think it deserves the same recognition. I could scribble out a board game on a napkin and try to sell it without the help of some company like Hasbro. But if said napkin had snot and a cumstain on it, I would deserve having my face shoved in shit for being retarded.
