Sup Yas Forums. Extremely poorfag here. Trying to decide what I should buy with my very limited monthly funds.
On one hand, ESO is currently on sale for 70% off. It has hundreds if not thousands of hours of potential playtime, so it's a good value for me in that regard. BUT that's only if I end up enjoying the game enough to play it for that long. I could end up not liking it at all.
On the other hand I play MTG Arena every day and the new Ikoria card set is about to come out. I absolutely love Magic so I was thinking of preordering the new set's Mastery Pass (read: battle pass) and a bunch of the new packs. The downside to this is even if I buy the packs I could potentially get dick-all in return for my investment.
Idk I'm an indecisive fuck and can only afford to go with one option. What should I do? >coffee pic unrelated
if you get ESO you have to get the expacks too, if you actually WANT all that content. You'll outlevel and outpace 99% of it otherwise because it's all scaled to the newest expack. PVP is also impossible too, sadly.

Play FFXIV for free until you hit Lv 35 in all classes then sub for $13 a month if you like it

Don't even bother with ESO. Its fucking garbage as an MMO and filled with pay2win shop. If you really want an MMO to waste hours in then go for FFXIV. Try the free trial till lv35. Or just buy your MTG senpai.

ESO is cool but don't bother with it if you can't pay for ESO Plus the game is nigh unplayable without it almost solely because of the Craft Bag alone
Now this is some legit cope. Sorry that I have standars and perfer women look healthy and not coming straight from tumblr. As a mattter of fact maybe you should go back.

>Sorry that I have standars >he says this unironically on Yas Forums
>ESO is currently on sale for 70% off. It has hundreds if not thousands of hours of potential playtime Elder Scrolls Online is an awful experience all around, hence why it's latest expansion is selling for $14 new when it was $59.99 a couple months back...before endless price drops.
The worst part about the game is that just about everything noteworthy is locked behind an endless pay to win system. Much like PS Plus (something it requires to even play) ESO Plus locks up items you pay for when your membership payments cease.
